Requirements in order to collaborate with us include having a mobile phone, MSN and/or Skype, DSL, a WebCam, Mic, Speakers, & Fax and very good knowledge of the English Language.   Prospective candidates should know most  MicroSoft tools including MS Project and Open-Source tools including html, PHP & CSS.

Preference will be given to people who have knowledge of the CMT platforms Joomla! v1.15 & v1.5 and knowledge of proper Web Standards W3C/WAI.
